Directions
Apply liberally to ear canal until liquid is visible and massage base of the ear for 30 seconds. Then allow pet to shake head. Use twice daily, or as recommended by your veterinarian. Can also be used weekly for ear maintenance. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Keep out of reach of children. Use biocides safely. Always read the product label information before use.

Aqua (Water), Sodium Chloride (Salt), Hypochlorous Acid (150ppm). Approvals: Complies with UK BPR and EU 528/2012. Approved for veterinary use (PT3). Antibacterial according to EN1276, EN1656, EN13697 & EN13727. Virucidal according to EN14476 & EN16777. Yeasticidal & Fungicidal according to EN 1650. Mycobactericidal according to EN14348. Suitable for veterinary use according to EN 1656.

After about ten days, of mostly twice a day use, the little doggy is now mostly not bothered by her ears. I think it may be mites that she has. And mites can be tough to actually eradicate completely. But there is about a 90% improvement, with scratching and head shaking reduction. And good value, £6.99, delivered, for 200ml bottle.
Disappointed there wasn't a dropper. Smells okay don't know if I need to refrigerate , or how long after it's opened its okay to use. But will buy again.
